Shipping & Delivery

Paid orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment EXCLUDING holidays and weekends.

If a package does not get delivered because of an invalid shipping address we are not responsible. Or if a package is returned to us, we can re-ship the item if the buyer is willing to pay for the additional shipping fee.

If you decide to not have the package resent we will grant you a refund for the item but not the shipping fees.

Privacy & Security

We absolutely value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is kept private. All information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to keep your personal information private.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged.

All of our items are brand new from the manufacturer. However, some items may not have an original seal so we will put our own seal to ensure the liquid from spilling through the transit.

Please ask all questions BEFORE buying; our representatives will respond within 1-2 business days!


Please note that sometimes we may be out of stock on certain items due to a large inventory of products in our store. If we are out of stock on an item we will send it once it arrives which usually takes about 1-2 weeks. If there is a delay we will notify you immediately.  We will ship items that are in stock first.  Back-ordered item(s) will be shipped once the merchandise(s) are stocked.
